Countless prison inmates are abused by and deprived of their constitutional rights by prison guards every day- this new service by Glenn Painter seeks to remedy such wrongs

New York, NY, January 26, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Prison inmates in America, typically uneducated, must often fend for themselves (self-representation because of incarceration) through a complex and frustrating maze of federal regulations required in order to file such a claim to protect their constitutional rights. Most claims are typically rejected on the procedural basis that is in the “Exhaustion Requirement”, which states that any prisoner must first “exhaust administrative remedies." Usually, this means filing a grievance.

The result of this procedural “loophole”, is that if not pursued correctly, most inmates have no realistic recourse to incidents of abuse. Glenn Painter, through his GAPainter Enterprises LLC, is forming a new company, Prisoner Civil Rights Complaint Services, that will offer a solution.  For a minimal fee the new company will prepare all of the needed paperwork, including the Complaint, Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis, Motion to Stay Proceedings and a Motion to Appoint Counsel.  Inmates and/or their loved ones may contact Mr. Painter via email at [email protected]  The service can be studied in depth at http://www.gapainter.com/introducing-prisoner-civil-rights-complaint-services/.

In Mr. Painter’s new book “Beyond the Sentence", Jason Bishop filed such a claim, accusing staff members of a constitutional violation. After the complaint was filed and passed all the court requirements, Mr. Bishop encountered the “Exhaustion Requirement” obstacle. The book can be purchased at Amazon, Apple, B&N, Google, and anywhere books are sold or by going to http://www.pagepublishing.com/portfolio-view/beyond-the-sentence/
