A Dune: Part Two poster teases Denis Villeneuve’s highly-anticipated sequel ahead of tomorrow’s official trailer reveal.

Shortly after releasing a new Dune: Part Two poster, Warner Bros. dropped a spicy Dune: Part Two teaser to hype tomorrow’s trailer debut. The teaser shows multiple characters from the sequel, including Florence Pugh’s Princess Irulan Corrino and Austin Butler’s Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen.

Ahead of this year’s May the 4th Star Wars celebration, Warner Bros. is coming in hot with new promotional material for Dune: Part Two. The studio debuted a new one-sheet for the highly-anticipated sequel on Tuesday ahead of tomorrow’s official trailer drop. In the Dune: Part Two poster, Timothée Chalamet, and Zendaya prepare for battle in a desolate desert. With blades at the ready, Paul Atreides (Chalamet) and Chani (Zendaya) could change the outcome of an ongoing war for the future.

Promotional material for Dune: Part Two has been scarce in the lead-up to tomorrow’s trailer. Vanity Fair recently released a gallery of first-look images from the film, though it appears the hype train is about to go full steam ahead.

Scripted by Villeneuve, Eric Roth, and Jon Spaihts, Dune: Part One features Timothée Chalamet as Paul Atreides, “a brilliant and gifted young man born into a great destiny beyond his understanding who must travel to the most dangerous planet in the universe to ensure the future of his family and his people. As malevolent forces explode into conflict over the planet’s exclusive supply of the most precious resource – a commodity capable of unlocking humanity’s most tremendous potential – only those who can conquer their fear will survive.” Coming to us from Warner Bros. and Legendary Entertainment, Dune: Part Two will explore “the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.”

Chalamet and Ferguson are joined in the cast by fellow returning Dune: Part One cast members Zendaya, Javier Bardem, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Charlotte Rampling, Stephen McKinley Henderson, and Josh Brolin, as well as new additions Austin Butler, Tim Blake Nelson, Christopher Walken, Florence Pugh, Souheila Yacoub, and Léa Seydoux.

Villeneuve also produces the film with Mary Parent, Cale Boyter, Tanya Lapointe, and Patrick McCormick. Spaihts serves as executive producer alongside Josh Grode, Herbert W. Gains, Brian Herbert, Byron Merritt, Kim Herbert, Thomas Tull, Richard P. Rubinstein, and John Harrison. Kevin J. Anderson is a creative consultant.

Dune: Part Two, shot entirely in IMAX, debuted first-look footage at last week’s CinemaCon celebration. JoBlo’s Chris Bumbray witnessed the preview at the event, saying the trailer shows all the new characters, and illustrates Butler’s menace as the villain Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen. Everyone will get to see what the excitement is about tomorrow when the Dune: Part Two trailer arrives online. Make sure you swing through JoBlo tomorrow to check it out.

Dune: Part Two opens in theaters on November 3, 2023.
