Directed by Tatyana Kapitan, who also wrote the screenplay with Irina Gorbenko, Dmitriy Osmerkin, and Zhana Randina, 30 Dates has the following synopsis: When instead of an engagement ring Dasha receives an offer to take a pause in their relations, she is devastated. Surfing the Internet she finds a training course that seems very attractive for a spurned woman. Her neighbor helps her to sign up at the online dating page and dating marathon begins. Because to get your lover back you need to have 30 dates in one month. More than that you are going to need to stay alive after meeting different crazies… and keep your determination.

A Russian production, the film stars Natalya Medvedeva, Nikita Panfilov, Dmitriy Bogdan, Sergey Abroskin, Irina Grineva, Danila Yakushev, Garik Kharlamov, Nikita Dzhigurda, Sergey Batalov, Olga Tumaykina, Yuriy Anpilogov, Yan Tsapnik, Dmitriy Astashevich, Aleksey Pavlov, Igor Gasparyan, Yevgeni Vasilyev, Igor Morozov, Nikita Borisov, Anna Osinovskaya, Dmitriy Osmerkin, Pyotr Chernyaev, Andrey Kochinov, Anna Kanaris, Vladimir Butenko, Andrey Rudakovm, Artyom Grot, Dmitri Tanatos, Aleksey Lapshin, Olga Morovova, Andrey Zhulinksiy, Angelina Pritumanova, Mariya Starotorgskaya, Elena Surkova, Darina Griboedova, Oleg Kabanov, Nataliya Makhrova, and Oleg Sokolovskiy.

30 Dates was the second feature for Kapitan, who has also been credited as Taisiya Igumentseva. She made her feature debut with the 2013 comedy Bite the Dust, and has followed this film up with the 2017 family film Detki naprokat and the 2020 comedy The Queen.
